At Mindful Roots Therapy, I work with couples who feel stuck in the same arguments, struggling to feel connected or understood. You want to break the cycle of conflict and rebuild trust and closeness. I also support individuals navigating mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, or addiction. As a neurodivergent person myself, I’m especially passionate about supporting and working with other neurodivergent clients, including those navigating ADHD, Autism, and related experiences.
I take a person-centered approach and pull from various theories to best meet your needs. Whether we’re finding practical tools for daily challenges or exploring deeper patterns in yourself and your relationships, I aim to infuse warmth, candor, and a touch of humor into our work to create an approach that feels genuine, supportive and meaningful.
